We operate a 7-day cancellation policy for spa days and a 48-hour cancellation policy for treatments. Any treatments or spa days cancelled within these time periods will be subject to payment in full.

Flexible Cancellation

Credit Card required to guarantee your reservation. We are holding the reservation on a guaranteed basis. In case of cancellation please contact the hotel before 2.00pm local time 48 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid any cancellation or no show charges equivalent to full rate plus taxes.

Advance purchase Cancellation

Full prepayment is required at the time of the booking; therefore, the bookings will be non-refundable and non-amendable.

Semiflexible Cancellation

Full prepayment is required at the time of the booking. Non-Cancellable, One Date Change allowed up to 7 Days before arrival date, New Arrival date must be within 30 days of original arrival date.

In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours we reserve the right to charge £10 per person.
